The Dedicated Tour is the third headlining concert tour from Carly Rae Jepsen. It began on May 23rd 2019, in support of Dedicated.
The tour concluded on February 21st 2020 in Oslo, Norway, after five legs across Europe, North America, Asia, and Oceania.
Background[]
On April 1st 2019, Jepsen first announced her then-upcoming studio album Dedicated would be released on May 17th 2019, and that she would embark on the Dedicated tour in support of it. During the North American leg of the tour, one dollar from each ticket sale went to the Crisis Text Line and the Trevor Project in San Fransisco.
Extra dates for shows in New York and Los Angeles were added on April 2nd 2019, with Canadian dates announced on May 23rd. The Asian leg of the tour was announced on July 7th 2019, followed by dates for Australia and New Zealand on September 22nd, and European dates on December 3rd 2019. A second North American leg was announced on February 7th 2020.
Cancelled shows[]
The Dedicated Tour was intended to run for an additional North American leg starting in April 2020, though the remainder of the scheduled shows were cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. On April 1st 2020, it was announced that the tour would be postponed, though it would later be cancelled outright.
